We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return entirely free of charge within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we still provide support through replacements. While we are happy to offer replacement parts for any defects or issues that arise, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with these replacements.
